Production Line Inspection

The selective inspection of products at different stages of the production line, focusing on:

1. Check for any defects or deviation from quality parameters

2. Identify the root causes of defects or deviation

3. Suggest ways in which these can be corrected

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Pre-Shipment Inspection is performed match to an agreed Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) established between you and the manufacturer. Our inspectors take samples based on the internationally recognized statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, BS 6001-1, and ISO 2859-1. Inspectors will verify quantity, style, color, workmanship, size, packing and shipping mark. All with a view to ensure that the merchandise meets the requirements mentioned in the contract, or matches the approved sample.
